These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of kevinwinda.com (the "Website"), including all associated Services such as viewing/using blog content ("Wellness Academy" articles on meditation, sound therapy, ocean practices, etc.), inquiring about or participating in spiritual wellness journeys/retreats in Indonesia, purchasing photo prints/canvases, and any related interactions ("Services").

By accessing the Website, reading blog content, contacting us, booking, or participating in any Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Services.

1. Services Overview

Services include inspirational wellness content (meditation/sound therapy articles, drone healing, nature harmony tips), photography prints, and curated spiritual journeys/retreats (e.g., ocean meditation, temple visits, nature immersion in remote Indonesian locations). All are for personal inspiration and experience only — not professional training, therapy, or medical intervention. 2. Intellectual Property

All content (photos, blog articles, sound descriptions, website design) is owned by Kevin Winda or licensed. Personal, non-commercial use only. No reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use without written permission.

3. Purchases (Photo Prints)

4. Journeys, Retreats & Wellness Experiences

Inquiries/bookings are via contact form/WhatsApp. Deposits/payments (if any) are non-refundable unless stated. Participants must be in good health, obtain travel/medical insurance, and disclose conditions. We may cancel/reschedule for safety/weather/force majeure; no liability for changes. You agree to follow guide instructions and respect local customs/environment.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Website/Services (e.g., no harassment, no false claims from content, no unauthorized commercial use of practices described). For retreats: respectful behavior required; we may refuse/remove participants for safety/conduct issues (no refund).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability for any claims arising from Services to the amount paid (for prints) or zero (for free content/journeys if no fee). 7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Kevin Winda from claims arising from your use/participation, breach of Terms, or actions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes resolved in the competent courts of Denpasar, Bali.

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
