Dream & smile before getting out of the bed

Food & Herbal Rituals

Food is treated as sacred medicine and an offering. Every meal becomes a ritual of gratitude, nourishment, and connection — honoring the ocean, the islands, and the abundance of nature.

Signature Experiences

Mindful Dining Rituals

Meals are served with presence. We often begin with a short gratitude practice or blessing. Silent meals, sunset dinners on the beach, and candlelit dinners on deck create space for deep enjoyment and connection.

Tropical Fruit Ceremonies & Gebogan Deconstruction

After creating beautiful Gebogan fruit offerings, we mindfully deconstruct and share the blessed fruits. This practice transforms the act of eating into a sacred ceremony of abundance and gratitude.

Fresh Island-Inspired Cuisine

Our menu features the best of what the sea and islands provide:

  • Abundant tropical fruits (mango, papaya, rambutan, mangosteen, pineapple)
  • Seaweed salads, coconut-based dishes, chili, ginger and turmeric-rich food, flowers
  • Grilled vegetables, banana leaf cooking, and local herbs & spices
  • Freshly caught fish and seafood (pescatarian options), and eggs

Herbal Tonics & Healing Teas

Daily servings of fresh herbal infusions including turmeric-ginger-lemon, lemongrass, pandan, and island-specific medicinal plants. These tonics support digestion, immunity, and overall vitality.

Signature Ocean-to-Table Ritual

Special occasions include beach barbecues or private dining where the day’s catch is prepared simply with local flavors, accompanied by gentle live music.

Our Food Philosophy

We believe nourishment goes beyond the physical. Our meals are designed to:

  • Honor the local ecosystems, farmers and fishermen
  • Provide vibrant, nutrient-dense food
  • Support your body’s natural healing during the retreat
  • Bring mindfulness into every bite
  • Offer flexibility for different dietary needs

Vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, and gluten-free options are always available. We create balanced, delicious, and healing menus.
