Purpose Energy Activating Alone Meditation

Daily silent meditation sessions on deck or on quiet beaches. With the gentle movement of the boat and the sound of waves as your only anchor, you cultivate inner stillness, presence, clarity and realisation while activating your energies and practicing energy exchange with the ocean.

Couple Meditation Practices

Intimate partner meditations. These sessions deepen connection and create beautiful shared moments between couples on the retreat.

Classical Hatha Yoga (Solo or Couple)

Gentle, traditional Hatha Yoga practiced individually or with your partner. Focus is on mindful movement, proper alignment, and breath synchronization rather than flow or power yoga.

Surya Kriya & Surya Namaskar

Ancient Sun Salutation practices performed on the deck or on pristine beaches. These dynamic sequences awaken the body, tune your inner energy flow, and prepare you for deeper meditation.

  • Morning: Surya Kriya / Surya Namaskar on deck/coast
  • Daytime: Solo Horizon Gaze Meditation
  • Daytime: Optional couple meditation or gentle Hatha Yoga
  • Evening: Quiet solo reflection or couple meditation before/during sound sessions

All practices are guided personally with modifications for all levels. The emphasis remains on personal depth, presence, and individual experience. No group sessions.
