Material & Quality
What type of material is used for canvas print or poster?
We use premium materials to create our canvas prints:
- Canvas Substrate: Coated fabric, a blend of cotton (30-50%) and polyester (50-70%)
- Weight: Approximately 300-350gsm/110-130lb cover
- Thickness: 350-400 microns
- Whiteness: Approximately CIE 130
For photo posters we use Premium matte paper (or Uncoated 200gsm / 80lb cover).
Is the print quality high-resolution?
Yes, all our prints are produced using original high-resolution photography images to ensure that every detail is captured and the final photo print is sharp, clear and reach in tones and colours.
Depending on the size of the canvas reoslution is 300dpi - 150dpi
Are the colors true to the original photo?
Color calibration techniques are used to ensure that the colors in photo print match the original photography as closely as possible. This provides the best reproduction of the nature feelings.
How durable is the canvas/poster? Will it fade over time?
Canvas photo rints, when properly cared for, can endure for over a century, making them a valuable addition to any collection. Photo prints are produced using UV-resistant inks on acid-free canvas, ensuring that the vibrant nature colors and photography details remain intact without fading or deteriorating. To preserve their longevity, it's crucial to display them in a space away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity, which can otherwise compromise their condition over time.
Customization
Can I upload my own photo for printing?
Yes, you can easily upload your own photo for printing. Simply choose the "Upload Photo" option during the order process, and you can customize the size and framing options.
What sizes are available? Can I request a custom size?
Custom sizes photo prints are available upon request. You can provide the dimensions contacting us via message, and we will reply with details.
Are there different framing options available?
Can I add text or other custom elements to the design?
Can I get a print without an artist signature?

Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Avg. delivery time:
- USA: 4-7 days
- Canada: 4-8 days
- Europe: 3-6 days
- UK: 4-5 days

While we make every effort to provide accurate estimations, please note that the provided delivery dates are indicative and not absolute guarantees. Delivery times might vary in situations involving large orders, complex formats, certain delivery locations, or special circumstances.
Is there an express shipping option?
Currently, no. But we are working on it.
How is the canvas packaged for delivery?
Canvas Photo Prints are packaged in boxes with strong edges for protection. Bubble wrap or craft paper is used for additional protection.
How is the poster packaged for delivery?
Posters Standard Packaging:
- Posters up to A4 size are shipped flat (up to 100 posters per package).
- Posters larger than A4 are shipped in tubes (up to 5 posters per tube).
Exceptions:
- Tube with shipping roll: Used in DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT.
- Triangular/rectangular boxes: Typically used in the US, Canada, and Brazil.
What are the shipping costs?
Shippng is currently FREE worldwide.
Installation & Maintenance:
How do I hang the canvas/poster? Are hanging materials included?
